Registration fees

We offer full support for travel and local expenses for students and researchers from Ukraine.

Fees

 The registration fees include full board accommodation from Sunday 15 evening (dinner included) until Sunday 22 morning (breakfast included). The room must be returned before Sunday 22 before 10:00 a.m.

Registration closing date

L'inscription au colloque est à effectuer avant le 31 décembre 2022 minuit, à partir de l'onglet "Inscription"

Maximum number of participants

The number of participants is limited to 57 people in order to comply with sanitary measures.

 Covid-19 Information

The health passport is not request actually. All measures will be put in place to respect the sanitary protocol.

Exemption from registration fees

Only members of the organizing committee and the scientific committee and participants whose institution is a sponsor of the event are exempt from registration fees.

Changes to the information transmitted during your registration

We ask you to inform us as soon as possible of any modification you would like to make to your registration options, by sending us an email to colbachelier22@sciencesconf.org

Terms of cancelation

In case  of cancellation of your conference registration, reimbursement of registration fees will be possible upon written request made by e-mail to colbachelier22@sciencesconf.org before October 14, 2022.
